The ASRock B760M-HDV/M.2 D4 appears to have caused difficulties with Windows installation for one customer due to issues with the installation of ASRock's system drivers. The Intel INF installation of the chipset caused the system to restart midway through, leaving three devices not correctly installed. Although the customer was able to complete the installation after a third attempt and acknowledged that the system was running, they felt it was still not satisfactory, with no response received from ASRock support. Another customer purchased this motherboard for gaming and has had no issues with its performance, appreciating its design and aesthetics. Another reviewer noted that the product is well documented and runs smoothly.
