Will this fit a 3 seater ikea couch

I would think so. I have a large and deep 3 seater and it fits well. Follow the measurement guide. I was swithering whether to go with the 3 seater or the 4 seater but went with the measurement guidelines and it's perfect.

My sofa has legs would this fit? The legs are about 10cm high

It is elasticated around the edge so it will tuck in all around so I can't imagine legs stopping that.

No they're not water resistant, I think by saying stain resistant means that if there's a spillage (say of coffee), it won't leave marks when you've wiped the cover down 😊
